The Diagnostic (PLACE): A forensic audit of your root-cause failures.
The Metronome (SEM): A modular Strategy Execution Map built for your specific theme.
The Rhythm (Choreography): A calibrated weekly and monthly execution pulse.
The Decision Engine (RELAX): A systematic protocol to eliminate analysis paralysis.
In exchange for your data (anonymized) and a detailed case study, you receive the full installation at our Pilot rates:
The Strategic MRI: €750 (Forensic Audit & Report).
The 8-Week Build: €2,000 / month.
Total Investment: €4,750.
All rates are exclusive of any applicable VAT.Note: This is a one-time pilot. Once the 5 slots are filled, the track closes and all future installations move to our Institutional Tier (€25k+).
